This company appears to be a scam
This company appears to be a scam. They operate under two names: DivineCharmsAndMore.com and SP Divine Charms 25.
I spent nearly $50 on an order. Despite providing my correct address, they shipped the package to the wrong location. When I contacted them, they stated it was not their fault and refused to issue a refund.
I later discovered that they file insurance claims on packages they send to incorrect addresses, making it appear as though USPS lost the package. This allows them to collect money twice—once from the customer and again through the insurance claim—after shipping the package to an unknown address in New York.
Their customer service is extremely poor, and their actions appear fraudulent. The company is based in Texas. They refused to refund my money while also seeking reimbursement from USPS for a “lost” package, which constitutes insurance fraud.
