Lovely experience with them.
Our pup came back to us happy and well groomed.

The grooming of our dog was fine the price was average but the inconvenient payment system and then unnecessary deluge of payment demands was terrible They don’t warn you that they have no means of taking payment at the salon. On being told I couldn’t pay by debit card I was told to pay by BACs / bank transfer There was no prior notification that this would be the case and certainly no advance notice that if you don’t make the bank transfer immediately on getting home ( an hours drive away ) you would get a barrage of messages to your email , phone by text what’s app and even contacting your place of work to demand payment and threatening court action. If they don’t offer a convenient and standard method of payment and they don’t warn people in advance they should have the courtesy of waiting a few days for someone to make a bank transfer . It was a totally unnecessary and disproportionate reaction If they want to ensure prompt payment they should facilitate a standard instant payment system . It’s not rocket science and would leave customers feeling satisfied as opposed to feeling harassed threatened and deciding never to use their grooming services again .

Used them for years. It seems every time we go, there is a price increase. It's £52 for a minature labradoodle.
I asked where others go on a local Facebook page stating I'd felt the price had gone up and it wasn't a particularly good job this time around. I was immediately contacted by them asking me to remove my post. They also cancelled my next booked appointment and I was hit with a barage of abuse by someone connected with them. Only 2 groomers I hear from a team of around 10.
The reviews here do not reflect the attitude.
Won't be going back now that's for sure.

Brilliant with pets, came in contact through a friends referral. Great service and quite thorough with grooming, highly recommended.

Good experience with this salon although room for improvement

I would highly recommend this salon. We have taken our puppy (Sam) here on 2 ocassions. On both ocassions we have been really pleased with the outcome and overall service.
