Disappointing...
Ordered some Diwali coins which went down well with my mother in law and sister in law. However, the coin holders were stuck onto a card with glue spots, and there are very difficult to remove. I emailed to ask for replacements and then received a phone call (which I hate because I like replies to emails I send). I wasn’t offered any replacements which was very disappointing. I had to spend considerable time removing the glue spots when they could have just sent replacement coin cases.

I ordered a silver coil in Chicago from them. They knew the process 100%, very professional. The coin itself was very good, the impression of Ganesh Lakshmi was impeccable. The coin came in a small nice pouch, which was good to see.
Must add, an Indian sitting in Chicago, ordering stuff from London, we are living in a truly global world :)
