Divine Song is amazing! Had a song done for my guy’s 75th birthday. I cried for months listening to it. Finally presented it to him June 12th at his party. He broke apart. Absolutely loves it! It’s the best gift ever. Our journey together. Do it for your special person!!! They will never forget it!

Bought a song from Timeless Song. I was dubious about doing it in case it was a scam.
But did it anyway it said 7 days but I got it in 2 days
Written for my husband and it is amazing.
Got all the details in it that I had written about our life.
Very emotional and a fabulous voice singing it.

Company is highly money grabber, you pay for the song but you can’t download is only available via their link unless you buy extras, many emails of the extras. My song was AI generated, the lyrics made no sense, words put in that I have no asked like my son having his fathers eyes (when he has mine) a story that was so beautiful turn to be a laugh. They could not even pronounce my husbands name. So we know the technicians behind are just pushing buttons. Save your money and do it yourself.

Wanted a surprise custom song for my husband from kids for father's day. I paid, got the song within 2 days, which was great. The lyrics were great and I think it's fine as is, but there were a couple tweaks i wanted to make. They used my husbands name in it, but I wanted it to be more "daddy" from the kids. They dont call him by his first name. They spelt my daughter's name wrong on the cover and in the lyrics, and they added 4 kids on the cover instead of 3 (which i explained we have 3 kids in my notes to them). I tried to contact them 4 times and noone has replied. But when I had put through the payment and before song was complete, they emailed me right away with a reply. I'm super dissappointed in the customer service after the service was provided. It shouldnt be that we cannot edit anythng after we receive the song because there is no preview of it at all before you place the order. So you are just going on trust. I dont think I will get any edits back before father's day.

This is an update to a previous review. I finally got my completed song and it is wonderful. Only took 3 weeks. They explained the mix up but not the no answer to my emails for 3 weeks. The good news is the song is great and my wife loved it. Her sister heard it and cried also. Great product just fix the no answer problem. So many wonder reaction videos. It sucks when your the one that has a problem.

Was fearful this may be a scam BUT...I bit the bullet and created a song for my husband. The TEAM at Divine Song is AMAZING!!!! IT'S NO SCAM!!! With the paragrah I sent to them describing my love for my hubby and our life, the song they created from my paragraph is MIND BLOWING!!! I CRY every time I listen to it!!!! The singer, the support team, the quality and the album photo cover is just PRICELESS! I need to wait till SEPT. to give this to hubby for our anniversary. This Team at Divine Song is INCREDIBLE! It's as if I wrote the song and sung it for him! Thank you Divine Song YOU ALL ARE AMAZING!!!!

I sent in my memories and emotions in story form ...I asked for certain style hoping to achieve a specific sound/musical movement...they made my wife's and i's story into a country music hall of fame best song of the year!...

I received my song. There were multiple issues with my song. For example one of the BIGGEST issue is the way my husband’s name was pronounced in the song. So I emailed them to give them the correct way to pronounce his name and that there one other issue with the song. They never responded to my email. I emailed them 5 times. They never responded once!! I texted messaged them twice!! At no time did they ever respond to any of my communications. I’ve never been able to give my husband the song. I SPENT $151 FOR THE SONG!!I WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!!!! 5 EMAILS AND 2 TEXT MESSAGES WITH NO RESPONSE. IM GOING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!

I’ve used another song app that I really liked and they let me look at the lyrics before they put it into a song. This company doesn’t allow me to do that and they put on all kinds of that do not fit us at all. While I asked for it and sort of a country song because I like the way, the women saying they made it all about us being Country, which were definitely not I just like they made it about boots scooting on the floor and everything else that leads back to Country and then they talked about sitting on the porch with our coffee and both of us detest coffee so basically I just wasted a big chunk of money for something there’s no way I would give it to him. If you’re looking check out songful, they let me do things that may changes for free.

Im not very tech savvy but the whole experience was real easy for me. The song was so perfect in every line. I did a short write-up about my husband and they were able to write a song which I felt was so appropriate and beautiful...they did a small edit per my request with no problem. This was the best $99 I ever spent!!! Of course, I got carried away and ordered some merchandise like a mug and wall art but it was all worth it!!

I was incredibly excited about this process. I created a custom song to use as part of my marriage proposal to my girlfriend, and after a few edits, the final changes were completed and approved. I was very happy with the finished song, so I purchased a vinyl record that was supposed to contain the final approved version with the correct lyrics.

Unfortunately, when I received the record and played it for my girlfriend during my proposal, it contained an earlier version of the song. The recording repeatedly used the wrong name instead of the corrected version that I had approved. This was a very disappointing and embarrassing moment during what should have been one of the most special days of my life.

What has made the situation even more frustrating is the lack of customer service. I have submitted multiple support requests and have made numerous attempts over the last week and a half to get someone to respond regarding a replacement record. Despite all of my efforts, I have received no meaningful response.

The song creation process itself was great, and I was genuinely excited to work with this company. However, the incorrect product and complete lack of customer support have left me extremely disappointed. A mistake can happen, but ignoring a customer after such a significant error is unacceptable.

Amazing gift for that really special person in your life. Created for my wife of 44 years and I managed to surprise her even after 44 years of gifts and celebrations. Divine Song did an amazing job with the lyrics and the added info. I even purchased the 12x16 photo version to hang in our room. It's truly a personal gift that can't be topped. I strongly recommend you invest in this unique and family gift.

Sooo the song is good thats the only plus...I did have to edit it a couple times because the AI they use had made a couple lyrics that made no sense at all. Like I changed the lyric "for every promise that you kept and stayed. Then they nickel and dime you to death for things you think should be included...like the person's name or the bridge to the song! Then they don't give you the song after paying $200.00
They only let you listen to it and play it from their site!!! They don't offer a USB or a download option. They do however offer a disc for another $100. Many cars don't even have disc players anymore. So you'll have to download the CD to software to convert it to an mp3. I'd highly recommend you shop around for a song and do not jump into this website head first like I did ..LIVE AND LEARN!

Paid for unlimited edits and received the same original song again with no edits done to lyrics, except for song title which I did not ask to be amended. It charged me twice as much (US$201.48) for the entire package ! Male voice instead of female voice. Non-responsive after I had sent several emails to edit lyrics. My requests were not fully taken into consideration with song production adding stuff that I never asked for and omitting details I needed to be added on. Very unpleasant experience from start till finish. Will never recommend this business.

I paid for the song and paid for the extra melody and they didn't even read the suggestions I am his mother not his father among other things. I've tried to get a hold of them many times and they never once responded to change her song and fix it So below zero rating. Don't go with this company because if they make a mistake you can't get a hold of them to fix it

I wanted to make a song for my husband. While creating the song it asked what the occasion was for. His birthday is coming up so I put it was for that occasion. Not knowing they would include “happy birthday” lyrics on the song which I didn’t want. After creating and listening to the song which I did like, I realized it was strange to have a long song being sung to a man, but a man. So I emailed customer service and asked if we could remove the “hbd” lyrics and change the vocals to a female. “Absolutely. We love to do this.” They said. First new link they sent that was supposed to have had the edits made, had no edits at all. The second link they sent, had an edit, but it was a man and a woman singing. No I should mention customer service was pretty on top of responding to me until after that second “new edited link “had been sent to me. After that, they stopped emailing me back. Someone eventually emailed me back with new lyrics and said this was the absolute last time you would make any edits for me because I did not pay for unlimited edits. I let her know that I would gladly pay extra if that’s what it takes because there have been absolutely no edits made to my song thus far. Despite multiple requests and multiple new links being sent to me. Well the occasion that I needed this song for has now come and gone. So I emailed them and asked them for a refund. After I did that they sent me another link saying that they understand. I want to cancel my order, but luckily for me they have finished my song. I clicked the link and listen to this song and it’s the exact same song from the very beginning. No edits made yet again. I’m asking for a refund for the second time. We will see what happens. But I am not pleased with this experience and I will not be purchasing again. I ended up creating my own song with music and vocals using AI.

I can’t stop crying when I hear this beautiful song for my sons 50th - the vocals, music and enhanced words are perfect Thank you Timeless for this masterpiece- truly outstanding. ❤️
