I purchased items from the online shop on the 6th April 2026. I have not received the goods, nor have they answered any emails that I have sent to them. I paid by bank transfer and the money has been taken from my acoount. I wish I had seen the previous write ups on trust pilot. They have not contacted me as of yet. I have lost my money. this website is not a valued one. DO NOT USE.

I ordered goods worth over 120€ from the company and transferred them to a German bank account. The goods never arrived and there is no reply to emails.
Avoid this website!

Well I wish I had found this page before ordering. Like others I have clearly been scammed. Such a shame… I thought the dive community was full of decent people.

Like others I foolishly paid by wire and after 6 weeks lack of any response to any queries conclude I have been scammed.....avoid

I asked for information about a product and they never answered me, after I found out that the advertised products have not been in production for over twenty years, so it is clearly a scam

Like everyone else, I was scammed by this crappy store. Would anyone be kind enough to tell me the exact procedures to do to get your money back. Thanks in advance.
Net als iedereen werd ik opgelicht door deze waardeloze winkel. Zou iemand zo vriendelijk willen zijn om mij de exacte procedures te vertellen die ik moet volgen om uw geld terug te krijgen. Dank u bij voorbaat.

Scammers

Do not deliver what was ordered, and when you contact them to try to fix the issue they insult and threaten you.

Stay well clear of this webshop.

Made an order for 100 eur total.
Took the money, never shipped, never answered to any emails.
Frauds.
I've started the process with the European Online Dispute Resolution regarding this case, they have currently 90 days to respond to my claim before this goes to court.
I wish I saw the reviews before making my purchase.

One for the English speakers... I ordered diving equipment from these guys. My credit card was debited but nothing arrived. I have emailed them four times and received no reply. I will be getting a refund from my credit card company and advise everybody to avoid this company.

What a disgrace of a company this is. Contacted them twice by email in august, no response. Then i decided (against better judgment - and without checking reviews) to place an order. Contacted them for an update, no response. Then about 10 days later, out of the blue i get a cancellation notification a few days later, no explanation. 2 more emails get me finally this reply: "Shut your f%&$ing mouth M.F. you are stupid a monkey"
Dont repeat my mistake and stay far away from this company

DivingShop.nl and diving planet.nl are the same.
That shop is also runned by Jose Fernandez, according to other customers writing reviews for diving planet. who was extremely unpolite when I complained about the items he shipped. He said ” What an awful world awaits us with people like you…”(!) . When I replied that I prefered to loose my money than my time and wished him a nice evening, he even replied that he wished me the worst in my professional and in my private life. A very disturbing man indeed.
He did ship fast though. Hope he can learn some better way to deal with customer service or hire someone who can. By reading other reviews you can see he treats customers like that when something goes wrong.

He has been reported to the police by some customers, among many other claims. Mine was about having received used products or old products in a dirty bag, that were not exactly the same. His reply messages were horrible.

E-mailed a question regarding a product in their webshop. They were not helpful at all and the last email I got was really rude. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

This shop is also on the NL Police list of "Known unserious business partnters"

No response to my order. Money transferred per order request and then silence. Have requested order cancellation and a refund but do not have any faith in this happening. There is not even a phone number on their website for assistance. A pity as I am needing the equipment they promised.

Ordered and paid for a product at IQ-Company, which is part of Diving Planet. Product was never delivered and messages and emails are not responded to. Scammers.

I ordered a few items, The strange part was a Spanish IBAN, as it was a small amount I made the payment. No contact, no phone number, 1 email that obviously doesn't get used, and no item. Just use another site!!!! Not worth the hassle.

Not responsive at all, no updates on delivery, but i did get it quickly. Actually, they sent me the wrong size. But still perfectly usable.

Ordered a replacement bezel for my Suunto compass - they quicky sent me an invoice with a request to pay and I foolishly sent them payment, but still no goods.

The website shows my payment as pending and they have yet to respond to my emails.
Please avoid this company like the plague.

I had purchased a product from here which didn't fit. I asked for an exchange for the unused product, still sitting in its package. They refused with some nonsense excuse and told me not to waste my time.
Basically a waste of money to buy from this shop.

I bougt a Duke Bonet set. I love this full face mask, just great. And Diving Planet is doing a very good job, fast handling and payment without any problems.
