no resolution for damaged shampoo bottle

I received a damaged shampoo bottle in the mail. A large quantity of shampoo had leaked out and dried up in the box encasing the bottle. It wasn't usable. The shampoo was $32, and I had other items in the shipment totaling $96. I contacted Divi four times over the course of a month and a half re: the shampoo, and sent photos. I haven't heard back from them. Their products are too high-priced to receive such poor customer service. I won't be ordering from them again.

AVOID, if I could give 0 stars I would

On the 29th July I purchased a trio bundle. On the 9th of August I received an email to say the parcel had been delivered but I had not received anything. I checked the tracking link and the parcel had been delivered to a different address. I contacted Divi, they requested I waited a week in case the parcel was delayed. After a week I contacted Divi again and they started a claim for me, double checked my address and posted another trio bundle to me. Yesterday the parcel was delivered AGAIN to the other address and not mine. The address is similar to my own but is a close not a drive and a completely different postcode. I have contacted Divi and they have suggested I reach out to the courier as they have already posted a replacement. Such poor customer service. I am £113 out of pocket and they don’t care
