Divoom Time Gate is a huge dissapointment. Very less pre-made modules available to be used, not to mention they don't look good at all, in fact most of the module look like some 4years old doodling randomly with some noob colours. No audio, not even Beeping function. Do not believe anything advertised by this scammer company or what those paid influencers anywhere said about this product.

Haven't received my order. Parcel tracking clearly states it was returned to sender (in Germany) after reaching customs for unknown reason. Over two weeks and still waiting for a refund.

Had a problem with my product, wrote them the next day and followed by a quick response. Very helpful and kind service

Sent me faulty sling bags. They won’t update and have functionality issues. I tried to return them under the statutory 30 day returns policy in the U.K. and the ignored my request and updated my sales order to NON RETURNABLE. An utter disgrace! DO NOT BUY DIRECT FROM DIVOOM.

Currently using PayPal to aid my return.

GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Device didn't work, support team kept giving me the same workaround but i even showed them videos proving it doesnt work. Asked for a return which was still in warranty and they've not responded since. Cheap, unprofessional company don't buy from them.

Pixoo64: overpriced; no charger; slow; constantly disconnecting; dim screen despite maximum brightness after updating firmware (had to manually increase red, green, and blue levels to restore previous brightness).

App: confusing; slow; constantly disconnecting.

Otherwise good. Awesome when it works.

Update (07/11/2024): Divoom attempted to censor this review by flagging it for allegedly "containing defamatory content" (?!). Updated title and deducted 1 star.

SCAMMERS- PRODUCTS ARE TRASH- Worst Technical and Customer service experience ever- I have one of their speakers and it went on a shelf in my closet, never used- pulled it out to use it and although the screen works, syncs to bluetooth the Audio (the speaker itself) is defective- No Audio. After 78 messages all with basic connectivity, a video and several screenshots- she deduced it was broken. The only offer was to buy another speaker- or they would mail parts for me to repair as long as I paid the Shipping and Handling- over 30.00 USD....pathetic. The service person was arrogant and lacking any sense- many of the 78 messages were reiterating already shared info....Attaching screenshots...

Ordered and received pixoo64.
It was malfunctioning from the beginning. I asked to send back and get refund.
After 6 weeks, i'm still mailing back and forth to get address details and refund procedure. They only want to give $20 discount (for a not properly functioning device)!

I ordered a tivoo January 3rd. Everything was okay, though I got an email saying there were delays due to the holidays but it shouldn’t be more than a week. Fine, I thought, that happens. I finally got my package at January 15th, but they had sent me the wrong item.

So I contacted customer service. Thinking they would just send me the right product. Oh how I was wrong. After a couple weeks of mailing back and forth and sending multiple pictures of the product and the outer carton box etc. I got told to send the product back before I could receive the right one.
So I did.
Now after an extra couple of weeks the customer service person is ignoring me and I think I will never get what I ordered or my money back.

Don’t buy from this worthless company, with bad customer service.
