Excellent sales (Valerie Sebbag), technical support and customer services

It has been taking me a while to start writing this review, as I'm serious and would like to see the result before giving any feedback, which may be beneficial to others when they make decision.

I was contacted by Valerie Sebbag in September. I was hesitating as I saw some negative reviews, but finally I decided to try as no contract, I can cancel the service easily. From the past three month experience, I have to give FIVE stars to this review, as no matter from sales (Valerie Sebbag), technical support (Jason), and customer service staff, they are all very helpful, figure out every issue in a timely and sincere manner. Especially I have to give a big shout to Valerie Sebbag, she is the best sales person I ever met. She took care of everything, even when her mom has medical emergency and herself has some medical condition, she replied your email quickly and asked someone else taking care of you if she was not available. Definately with Valerie Sebbag, you are in the BEST hand! Highly recommend her to everyone!

Great Customer Service and efficient timing handling

I would like to note, that after dealing with multiple staff regarding an issue at our pub. Finally once Clare Wanzama got on the case, she made it effortlessly on my end and took care of everything at priority level. This matter was stressful, and I was passed along, with different answers with no surety from others. Clare you took all the stress, executed in a timely fashion and beyond professional along the way !! Thanks very much Clare, call centers need more CLARES.
