Made the switch

Clare at Cardium has been great since the beginning. I made a mistake and sent them the wrong deposit account details when activating our account, but she sorted it out and kept me updated throughout. Very happy with our sim card terminals as well.

The good and bad

The good: They have friendly staff that try to help and are responsive.

The Bad: Seems like internal communication is a problem. I had ordered my devices 3 weeks in advance but a few days before opening had someone call to set up a request. Of course they arrived late and only 1 out of 2 had a SIM card installed.

Overall a positive score but I'm probably being nicer than most.
