The ease of using the website and the Customer Service is Top Notch. The only critique I have is response time is a little slow at times. In the grand scheme of things, it's not really slow but when certain things have deadlines, I'd like to see it move a little quicker but for the most part, things went well.

It's a pleasant experience your company allows us a second chance to own a home with out all the extra stress and as well divvy is not always breathing down our necks on us to do this and that as we go through the process of ownership you give us the process and patience and time to fully take over when we are ready, I really love the peace living in our home and divvy is not stressing us out of long to do list, divvy just allows us to enjoy without any pressure.

I moved in a house that has no where the ac is not working and it is 92 degrees in the house.i can't take a hot shower because the water heaters not working.and my kitchen faucet leaks out in the pipes and the front door and all the rest of the doors are not working properly l.i hate this experience and I am veryad
No telling when you guys are coming to try to fix anything.this is bad and I've only been in the house for 4 days.

She would give us inaccurate information and would wait till the end of the day to update us leaving us no time to follow up or correct anything pushing everything back a day every time she did it.
Chose your own agent and don’t let them assign one for you.

NOT COMFORTABLE AT ALL ESPECIALLY WHEN UR MONEY IS INVOLVED!! WE ENDED UP MOVING TO ANOTHER STATE ONLY TO BE STRANDED FOR 5 DAYS WITHOUT THE CLOSING ACTUALLY TAKING PLACE . ONCE WE WERE ACTUALLY ABLE TO MOVE IN THE REQUIRED REPAIRS WERE NOT DONE.AND THE ONLY MEANS OF COMMUCATING WITH THIS COMPANY IS VIA EMAIL. IT WAS A TOTAL DISASTER. THAT GOD WE WERE ABLE TO BACK OUT OF THE DEAL. AND ENDED UP MOVING BACK TO THE STATE WE MOVED FROM. THIS WAS AN EXTREMELY STRESSFUL AND COSTLY SITUATION. I WARN EVERYONE TO NOT GO THROUGH THE HELL THAT THIS COMPANY WILL PUT U THROUGH!!! WE MOVED OUT AFTER STAYING IN THE HOUSE FOR 2 MONTHS. AND WE ARE STILL WAITING ITS BEEN 4 MONTHS NOW AND STILL TRYING TO GET THE MONEY OWED FROM THIS MAHEM!!! Just grateful to GOD THAT WE WERE ABLE TO GET OUT OF THIS DISASTER 🙏

If I could give you negative stars I would. I feel like your program is a scam and your company is predatory. You didn’t hold up your end of the bargain and you made off with a lot of my money. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

The experience was amazing and long.. but so worth it in the end. This has provided my family and I a forever home and I am so thankful.
The are of improvement would be communication and if possible a transaction manager that works with you during the process if you have issues.
Again, I am so grateful for this experience.

Communication was great, all inquiries were answered in a reasonable manner and any necessary changes to the house needed prior to moving in were made without hassle.
I was overall pleased with the experience compared to past experiences, so that was my biggest concern.

Follow up review from last review. Divvy responded to my concerns with no actions. Instead of them working on my “move in repairs” they went on vacation while I still wait to move in. This is the worst company ever. I do not recommend anyone getting a house with them. They pretend to care but don’t. They make up excuses to not fix HOLES inside of your home. They take off doors without replacing them. I got a home listed as “move in ready” and it’s now a fixer upper home! Because they’re NOT FIXING ANYTHING! They delay everything. I could’ve gotten a brand new home for 500k instead of going through all of this nonsense! BEWARE OF THE FAKE PROMISES THEY MAKE.

The whole process of getting into a home was easy and smooth. An agent got to me within a day about a home I was interested in and I was approved the next day. Worked with me on prices also. Moved in within a week. Everything was great!
