My husband loves the flannel shirts from this company. I went online to order him one for his birthday. Almost every long sleeved one was sold out in size large. What is up with that?! It is a popular size. Ridiculous! I ended up not being able to buy him a shirt. Totally disappointed!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. They could not care less about their customers other than wanting to take their money. Stupidly low volumes of stock.

Horrible customer service,canceled order ,dixxon said my money was refunded but not and it was sent anyway, then they told me " you must be confused ", NO MORE!!! DIXXON IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY, they treat you like a f'en idiot......even when they are at fault.

Post Christmas hours that are right.Made two trips to store in Tempe and it was closed.Phone and website said they were opened and they were closed no note on door .I buy alot of Dixon for myself my adult boys.There were the same people came back Christmas Eve day that were there Friday and we're upset not just me I drove from Apache Junction twice

Terrible service, bought 4 large tshirts and 1 long sleeve tshirt. The long sleeve was noticeably tighter than the short sleeved shirts. Applied for an exchange for the next size up through the website and they wont let me exchange??? Have bought many flannels from dixxon over the years but NEVER AGAIN. Dont know why businesses act like this? Destroys reputation, I've already shared this experience with many friends and family.

Horrible customer service experience just don't buy!

Ordered several shirts. Fed Ex received the shipment one week after ordering. No sweat off my back, but something to consider when your order is time sensitive.
Will update on quality.

There is a note on the website, that processing is slow due to high demands.
Once you receive the items, it’s all good.
Easy returns in case of not liking it or wrong sizing.
Shirt quality is top notch, although I wish that there were more cotton choices.

I've ordered 30 of these flannels for myself and family.
Not once has anything gone wrong. This time Nov/2022 my order had a mistake and they sent me not only the wrong flannel but the wrong size also. I've tried 3-4 times and various methods to contact them, and NOTHING back. I like the product, i'm very disappointed with their service man. i just want what i paid for is all. Simple.

Just bought my first Dixxon shirt. I must say I was skeptical after reading the don't use cotton but the designs and colours tempted me.
I'm more than happy with the shirt, it's big enough for full range of motion even buttoned to the top. The sleeves don't pull at the shoulder or cuffs and it still has a definite tailored shape. The fabric is everything they claim, nice to the touch, breathable snd the colours really pop. Will definitely be buying more

I ordered a flannel on sale for my husband for Christmas. Of course availability was limited and so I got just about the only flannel they had close to his size which was the Finish Line Flannel in an XL.
It winds up being too big for my husband so I reach out to Dixxon to exchange it. But given that they have virtually nothing in my husbands size, my only option is to spend twice as much on a replacement or get one that looks like it belongs on a Who from Whoville. In addition, because the availability is so limited, they recommend you purchase the replacement item before sending back the the exchange item, which also means you pay for shipping again. The nail in the coffin is when the customer service rep hung up on me! Expensive! No selection! and Rude! Why would I come back here???

Amazing flannels and even better customer service. Highly impressed and I recommend dixxon flannels to everyone. Great job keep it up!
