Diy Conveyancing Reviews

I came across the D.I.Y conveyancing website while looking for somewhere that would help me with removing a name from the title deeds of my house. I had previously approached a local solicitor who had quoted an extortionate fee for their services. Fortunately I found this business which is owned by George. He has been enormously helpful and has assisted me in every way. For what I think is quite a reasonable and affordable fee, he has prepared and professionally printed my conveyancing pack in readiness for me to send to Land registry once I have filled in the required information. He also spotted a mistake I had made and put that right. He sent the documents to me via email and I will also be getting printed copies of the pack by post.
If you are looking for someone to print out these forms, namely,
AP1 and TR1, then look no further.
You will be in good hands with George who is the owner. I really can recommend him to you, you will receive first class service. Thank you
George and your company, D.I Y
Conveyancing. 😊

I found the questionnaire straightforward, and the completed forms came with clear instructions on what to do next. Having everything together in one pack made a confusing process much easier to follow. Very pleased with the service.

This service made a daunting task a simple process. Efficient and speedy turnaround. I really liked that both word and pdf format documents were supplied. Would definitely recommend.

This is a great service, the forms produced are accurate and the guidance you get with the forms is excellent. George was very responsive to our questions and helped us work out, and perform, exactly what we wanted. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to bypass expensive solicitors for simple transfers!

Excellent response from George to requests even at the weekend! Would recommend!

All documents provided. Guidance notes extremely helpful. Charges very reasonable. I am a retired solicitor.

This was my first try at doing something like this myself Diy-Conveyancing are really good to deal with. My first enquiry was answered promptly, by a human being, and I was helped when needed as I did the application
Unlike other sites that I had looked at I wasn’t asked for money until I had filled in the application form correctly.
I highly recommend this company 👌
