Not the best customer communications. You are not put on hold when you call, instead they ask that you leave a voicemail or email them. No updates after buying product days ago. No response to email inquiry after three days. However, I got my order in one week!

Bought Silver King SK11 Chemical Force & Suction Pump. Best price anywhere and had it in three days with regular shipping. Outstanding.

I'm not sure I would have ever gotten my order had I not called after a week to check on it. Customer service did return my call and they said I would be getting a confirmation email when the item shipped but that never happened either. I would say there's room for improvement.

Part was exactly as ordered. Although website did not display a picture of it; I was trusting the part number since I knew what I needed.
Only real issue was no email order confirmation. Did get an email once I inquired about my order thru the website and all was good.

I ordered theGerber faucet replacement kit and was disappointed with the contents of kit. I f I had not retained the old parts the kit would have been useless. I had to use several of the old parts ina order to make the kit work. I thought in purchasing the kit I would get ALL necessary parts but that was not the case.

I ordered a part that was in stock, 4 days ago, it still hasn’t shipped. The email confirmation said they know we need parts immediately so they would ship ASAP. I ended up buying the part i need from a local supplier. I won’t use them again and i do not recommend them.

don't believe the reviews below, all fake. I placed an order with this company and after 3 weeks with no sign of the item I tried calling and emailing repeatedly. The company never responds to phone calls or emails no matter how many messages you leave or send. They claim to have items in stock but do not. I left a review truthfully detailing my experience and of course it was never posted, doubt this one will be either, but in case it is: Don't waster your time or money with this company.

Our boiler broke down (no hot water or heat) and we needed a new control board pdq. Paid the extra for 2 day shipping. Two days later it arrived on schedule and we couldn't been happier with their service.

I bought this on line and from this company because I needed to repair my sprinkler system quickly. The company offered 2 day shipping for an $8 adder. The order was placed on a Thursday. The package was not received until 7 days later.
I did not call to argue the point as it was only 8 dollars but will not be purchasing from here again.
The part did arrive undamaged and well packed, hence the 2 stars.

Price was good. Supposedly item was in stock but had to contact them 2 days after I ordered and it hadn't shipped yet. They apologized and would send it out and give me tracking info. Two days later had to contact again. It was shipped but failed to send me shipping info

Fast, Secure and Easy...

I needed a boiler part quickly that was hard to find. DIY Direct Supply had the part for a good price and offered two day shipping at a reasonable price as well (not $100 like some other websites). When I contacted DIY Direct Supply to ask about date of arrival and indicate I needed it fast, they made sure it got to us the day we needed it, and the person I spoke with was quick and courteous. Happy to recommend to others.

They answered all my questions on the site.
