Special Long Distance Transport Fullfilled
Requested an immediate pick-up for a 1200 mile transport; and they found a transport to fulfill the order in record time the following day. They had my special vehicle transported safely and it arrived at my driveway in excellent condition. Would highly recommend.

Worst experience ever
Car delivery took twice as long as it was scheduled for. When the company didn't know dates they would make up that the car was "2 days away". Company is not proactive, YOU will have to call them every 2 days like I did to confirm. Driver refused to deliver to my address, he stopped in a busy turn lane and left my car in the middle of the street.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Again, we apologize that your vehicle arrived late due to the drivers truck breaking down while transporting your vehicle to you, setting him behind a little over a day and a half. We also apologize that we failed to help you understand the contract you signed with Easy Auto Ship which states that pickup and delivery addresses are subject to change at the drivers discretion. Because not every address allows for a semitruck and trailer to load and unload safely. It is not uncommon for drivers to load or unload vehicles in the middle turning lane of a road. We do appreciate all of our customers and we try our best to be accommodating if they're not satisfied with their experience.

They picked up my vehicle on the east coast with a delivery time of seven days to the west coast. Vehicle was delivered to my home in 5 days and had been washed and with no damage during shipment. This is a very good company to do business with and have no reservation recommending them.

Disastrous at best! Absolutely would not recommend using Easy Auto Ship.
Our vehicle was damaged during shipment with Easy Auto Ship and Righteous Path Auto Carriers, and they denied any responsibility. We sent pictures, videos, filed a claim and it was denied. I absolutely would not recommend using Easy Auto Ship. It was disastrous, at best. Save yourself the hassle and learn from our experience with Easy Auto Ship and Righteous Path Auto Carriers.
The transport company was several hours late for pickup to start. The transport truck we saw our vehicle loaded on was not the vehicle on which it was delivered. The vehicle was loaded facing forward and delivered rear facing. Our delivery experience is as follows:
Upon meeting the transport company, the driver from Righteous Path Auto Carriers had unloaded the vehicle off the truck prior to my arrival. During my inspection of the vehicle, I quickly noticed damage to the hood of the Jeep, the hood was unlatched and appeared to be bent. I also noticed the vehicle was not running. I asked the driver for an explanation and he instantly got upset and started telling me he did not damage the vehicle. He stated during transport the hood came up and he had to let down the windshield and strap it down to hold the hood down. He also stated he had to haul the vehicle backwards during transport for some reason. I asked him why the vehicle was not running, and he stated the battery was dead. I explained to him we had just purchased a brand-new battery and it should not have been dead. I attempted to jump the vehicle, but the vehicle would not stay running. I also noticed while looking at the hood there were grease footprints and handprints all over the hood of the vehicle and a belt from the alternator was off. We had to end up towing the vehicle to our residence since the transport company refused to deliver to our residence, even though Easy Auto Ship advertised "Door to Door Transport" and "Door to Door Service" when we hired them to ship our vehicle. The driver tried every way to keep from marking the damage on the Bill of Lading. Then the company claimed there was no damage marked on the Bill of Lading and denied our claim. We sent them pictures of the vehicle before and after shipping that clearly shows the damage. We also sent them the Bill of Lading with the damage marked. Below are their responses:
Thank you for providing this additional information. Again, after reviewing all of the information you provided and speaking with Righteous Path it has been determined that the damage to your vehicle was not do to driver negligence because your vehicle was not properly prepared to ship in the condition it was in. In addition, the insurance company for Righteous denied this claim due to the fact your vehicle was in not in proper order to be shipped in the condition it was in. Our insurance at Easy Auto Ship denied your claim for the same reason. We will be sending you a denial letter by the end of the day today.
This letter is to inform you that the claim for damage of the 1978 Jeep Wrangler has been denied coverage. The Bill of Lading (BOL) or Vehicle Inspection Report was signed on pickup and delivery without stating new damage. In addition, if you review the attached signed agreement made on March 2nd, 2021, stated in section three: “Carrier will not be responsible for damage caused by acts of God, or damage resulting from worn/broken parts of vehicle/item. All loose parts/accessories must be removed and secured. Any part of vehicle/item that falls off during transport is the Customer’s responsibility including damages caused by said part to any vehicle and/or person(s) involved.”
We do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. For your records we have attached the original signed agreement, should have any further questions.
Save yourself the hassle and learn from our experience with Easy Auto Ship and Righteous Path Auto Carriers. I absolutely would not recommend this company.

We understand that you may find the news of your claim being denied frustrating. Like we previously told you there was nothing the driver could do to prevent the damage done to your vehicle during transport because you did not have your vehicle ready to ship in the condition it was in upon pick up. Upon scheduling your pick up you are told to insure that any lose or worn out parts are secured/strapped down. This was also disclosed in section three of the agreement you sign with Easy Auto Ship. You failed to do this and shipped a vehicle from 1978 with rusted and broken hood clips. Because your vehicle had rusted and broken hood clips, your hood flew up during transport. Which is why the driver had to remove your vehicle and strap down your hood and reload the vehicle in a reversed position in order to make it safe to drive with your vehicle on the trailer...For anyone reading this review it is the customers responsibility to insure that all lose/worn parts are secured and ready for transport. We also disclose upon booking your order to read the terms and conditions carefully so you know what is and is not covered. We do take our damage claims seriously and follow through on them. In this case the customer did not follow through on their end and have their vehicle ready to ship.
