Unfortunately this is the first time we are hearing of any issues regarding your order, upon seeing this review.
Tracking shows that the parcel was not delivered as further address details were needed. The parcel was then sent back to us, which we have not received, even though tracking says it has been delivered. We had no idea the parcel was on its way back to us. We will ask neighbouring businesses to see if they have accepted delivery.
As a small family business we always honour our customers and provide good customer service.
Regardless of the incomplete delivery address, your order will be refunded.

The products are fantastic, packaged beautifully and worth every penny.
The girls have created some great how-to videos on Instagram and also given advice on the products they recommend.
I would definitely consider using these stencils again.
