It’s difficult to find much more to say…

It’s difficult to find much more to say about this company. We initially worked with them to design our DJ materials, and that process went very well.

However, when we wanted to proceed with the remaining work this year, we received only one email response, followed by complete silence. There were no offers, no follow-ups, and no feedback whatsoever. (for 3 months now)

As a result, we are now back to square one and have to restart the entire process with a different partner.

For this reason, I would strongly advise others against placing any orders with this company, unless the level of service is of no concern. The service is simply poor, and businesses operating in this manner should be held accountable. Overall, highly unprofessional.

HIDEEN FEES

Wish i read the reviews before. Places a large order of £250 for three different skins with all the upgrades and paid £10 for the fast track delivery. Now having to pay import fees of £87. Have emailed the company complaining about this and the fact it does not specify this on the website. ABSOLUTE JOKE

Would give no stars if it was possible

Would give no stars if it was possible. Absolutely horrific customer service ! No replies to emails or WhatsApp’s. Charged £170 for a skin and didn’t inform me that I would then be charged another £50 by the courier for customs because I am in the uk. Absolute rip off. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY !!

The service is terrible I definitely would not recommend as their customer service is slow and unresponsive. Also they failed to mention that there is a customs charge to pay as the item is coming from Germany so that is another £50 on top of the already paid £170 for a sticker. Make sure to STAY CLEAR 😡😡😡

The skin for my Denon mixer didn't fit

The skin for my Denon mixer didn't fit. Customer service is awful as I had no replies from them until I raised a dispute with Paypal. They agreed it was wrong and sent me out another which did not fit. Again customer service was terrible as constantly asking for dates when emails were sent and order numbers and just generally making it very difficult to get a response. They did not respond to Paypal and I got a refund. I told them this and haven't heard from them since. So overall a pretty poor product sadly.

People don't order anything from this company (dj-skins.com) These people are such scammers, it took two months to ship my item, the worst customer service ever after a month of placing my order I requested to cancel the order since it was taking such a long time they never responded my email about the cancelation in stead they shipped it after two month, the quality is horrible and on top of that they sent me the wrong item didn't even fit my turntable.... avoid it! it's a scam!

i'm another costumer that got scammed.
i placed an order in October/2024; at middle November/2024 contacted the customer support, via e-mail. answered quickly, informing that there was an issue with the printer and assuring me that they would ship the items i ordered (and paid for).
to this day, i'm still waiting for that shipment. luckily I paid via PayPal.

I ordered my skin around the 7th…

I ordered my skin around the 7th November
And paid for the fast track option/delivery
It is now the 11th December and nothing yet!

What’s worse is that I have sent so many emails to find out the progress of it and not one response from them!!
I can’t lie, at the moment it feels like I have been scammed (which I’m hoping not)
I’m hoping it’s just down to their sheer un-professional approach to customer service

I ordered skins for my pioneer DJM V10…

I ordered skins for my pioneer DJM V10 and it arrived damaged. There's a couple creases on the vinyl preventing it from staying flat. I reached out via email and it's been two weeks and still no answer. Worse customer service I've ever experienced to date. These skins are expensive and the lease they can do is have some quality control. I truly regret giving them my $110 USD.

I bought skinz for my Rane One recently…

I bought skinz for my Rane One recently first time consumer reached out to the contact support via email. There were gaps in my side decal and my *OE replacement discs were not *OE the decal was placed incorrectly not allowing the release button to point to the Rane symbol. The customer service representative was horrible immediately went on defense mode making every excuse under the sun and never offering a solution. Not once did he take ownership that his product and possible quality assurance was lacking. I would not recommend purchasing from this company. This is the first negative review stop of many. Horrible first and last time experience.

Imagine you contact a company ready to throw some serious money at them and they couldnt give two hoots.

Bought a DJ Skin for my DDJ SX-2 and nothing arrived so far. I wrote a message to their WhatsApp Number and they said they check and will get back to me soon. After that I didn't get any more answer :)

Extremely Unprofessional

I ordered the dj skin on 26th of Dec 22. I then sent an email to support on 10th of Jan 23 to follow up on the order and asked them to share with me the design with my logo on it for proofing. I received a reply on 11th of Jan 23 with a very low resolution photo barely showing the logo on the design. I replied asking for a higher resolution photo to see how the logo looks on the design, but I haven't received any replies after that. I sent 2 follow up emails, I even sent messages and called them on the Whatsapp number provided, and sent messages on their Skype support account. After all this, still no reply until today 21 Jan 23. I have no idea on the update of the dj skin I ordered. Truly very unprofessional.

Bought a skin for my xone96 nothing…

Bought a skin for my xone96 nothing custom a simple black skin. Received it just over a week from ordering. Tried to fit as per the instructions but nothing lined up. To make the button holes fit correctly and cover all the silver the whole skin had lumps and bubbles everywhere. Used a low temp heat gun and foam spreader for applying graphics etc and still couldn’t get the lumps out. I used to fit graphics to vehicles so know how to work bubbles out etc but this impossible to fit and have loom right. In fact the skin split and looks terrible and still isn’t flat. Removed it and threw it in the bin now awaiting a response from them. Only buy from this company if you’re trying to hide damage otherwise you’re wasting your money and it will look worse. Will update this review once the company have responded to my message.

items not as described no after sales service

bought some skins for my Denon sc5000 and x18oo mixer they don't fit and have small rips in them I have sent 3 emails and what's app message but nothing what so ever back but he was in contact with me prior to the sale no problem.

I'm so so not happy at all I don't recommend this company go to 12" inch skins or styleflip

After-sales assistance : ZERO

After-sales assistance: NON-EXISTENT.
I bought some skins, they arrived quickly but they were wrong.
They weren't for my cdj model.
I immediately sent an email, wrote on instagram and also on whatsapp but they never replied.
It's been over a week and they never responded.
We needed the skins for an event and had to go without them.
