Couldn’t get it registered to my drone. When I bought my drone together with this policy, I didn’t expect to have to go home and do DJI’s paperwork for them which proved impossible anyway because the emailed details didn’t work and the website threw constant errors. Are you seriously asking people spending thousands to go home and do your admin for you, DJI?

Purchased the care refresh however didn’t register it within 48hours of turning my drone on so had to then go through a form and send photos etc to try and get it validated. still haven’t received confirmation it’s set up so I am now to scared to use my drone
