They failed to send me the activation code until I requested it and by the time I’d received it the 48 hr activation period had elapsed. I now have to go through the absolute nightmare of trying to submit video authentication. I would t buy this service from them.

The care plan is super helpful. It really is a quick and smooth experience. I accidently damaged my drone and got a replacement within 2-3days. No hassle no back and forth answering questions etc. One of the most smooth experiences I’ve ever had.
