I own several DJI drones, controllers, accessories and DJI Refresh plans and Osmo Pocket 3 cameras... and I've spent way too much money on them with my hobby and my business. After receiving and returning a faulty DJI Mini 4 Pro (I already own one and wanted a backup for myself and a colleague), I was denied a refund of the DJI Refresh 2 year plan. I've subsequently cancelled an order for the DJI Air 3s that would have replaced the faulty Mini 4 Pro that I received. I paid £119.00, for an unused DJI Refresh 2 Year Plan, on a brand new faulty drone that I had for just 4 days.
