Reason being is when you buy the transmitter on its own and connect Bluetooth to iPhone, if your trying to do a video it will use the iPhone mic, unless you download different software black magic cam it will work but you cannot use the front camera

I bought the transmitter only after understanding it would work directly with my iPhone using Bluetooth specifically for using it with TikTok. Unfortunately it wasn’t quite that easy. I had to use a third party app called blackmagic cam and then save to my photos to listen to the audio before then uploading to TikTok. Very convoluted but worked and the extra time saved me buying the receiver as well. I don’t know how it would work with the receiver and TikTok. The sound quality when held is great, I’m having difficulty when it’s attached to my clothes. It’s heavier than I thought so better on sturdier clothing. I am pleased with it though, especially the sound quality.

I bought this from hassleblad DJI who delivered it really quickly. I bought the pocket 3 but I didn't bother creator kit so I bought the One Mic and it's so good I thought I'd buy the charger and the mic and the receiver and I've had a few experimental uses with it and it is superb. I am a lot of Pro microphones and sound equipment and this is up there quality wise and sound wise.

Very disappointed. The product is sold as a stand-alone microphone that can be used with a smartphone - but without the receiver you can't change the gain... so is effectively useless. It might be fine as a spare or extra mic once you have the fill kjit but the marketting material should be EXPLICIT about this.

The mic does the job for when I'm out on my motorbike. The mic is attached inside my helmet so the content is clear. I can take the mic out of my helmet and clip it to my jacket so I always have good sound on my videos.

I have only used it once and it appears to do everything I need
I use this with my DJI Osmo Action 4 with my Smallrig cage. It works well, and using my DJI wireless kit was far more effort and only use now with my Sony cameras. The Bluetooth works flawlessly, and I have had no problems when firing up the Action 4 with pairing. It works very well with my iPhone, and I will make a YT video about this soon. It is so good!!
