The actual quality of the camera is very good, the reason for 3 stars is the tracking option in editing does not work on Windows based devices. If I had of known before purchase I would've probably opted for Insta360. This is no way a reflection of the supplier as the service was perfect.

Overheats. Would have thought DJI would have researched and took advantage of the same issue experienced with the insta X5 and made theirs better. The lens is not as robust as DJI make it out to be, and it’s clear it was a rushed product and no thorough testing had been done. I placed the 360 gently on a table during a security check at an airport, guess what, the coating had scratched. Unreal. Not fit for purpose given the fact the lens cannot be replaced by the user. As a first time customer, I went and purchased the following: 1. Osmo 360 adventure combo bundle 2. Pocket 3 creator combo bundle 3. Action 5 Pro adventure combo bundle and, The dive case. I would advise against purchasing the action 5 pro if you’re looking to also take pictures (as advertised), because you’ll get images that resemble a 90s gameboy colour (all pixelated and very very low bit quality). I actually feel embarrassed falling for the ‘paid for’ (or ‘free product if you review under these conditions’) reviews and marketing campaigns. I spent well over £1000 as a new customer. Shocking. Well, you learn.

Not what I was hoping for! No option to change lens without sending back to DJI , also software/Firmware is less than expected from DJI which is unusual! I have decided to persevere with for the time being, but would not of bought it knowing what I know now!! Hopefully update will fix some issues. Kind regards Stuart Chalk..
