I got this camera specifically for free diving. I was impressed by the on screen real time depth gauge and 20 mt depth rating. However, my only fault as l see it; is sold rated to 20 mts but will only function to 7-8 mts as pressure depresses buttons and camera goes into lock down mode so you can't start recording and you need to reset once back on surface. I had bought the dive housing for + 20 mt dives so just started using it when freediving even if “shallow”. No drama. Love the camera great app interphase quick downloads etc easy quick edits. It’s better than my last GoPro 8 and the app beats the old GoPro app hands down. Nice camera.

Handle circumference too big, for small women's hands. Sturdy, only used once in 15'c North Sea. Intrested to see how it stands up to winter swimming and surf.

So far so good. I'd definitely trust this over the Amazon specials. Easy to use, wrist stray could be more generous - I struggle to slip it on. Not rating as a 5 star because of two things... 1) The housing doesn't fit in any of the DJI supplied cases, nor does it come with a bag. Just a microfibre sleeve would massively reduce the risk of the lens or screen cover areas being scratched. 2) it comes with anti-fog inserts but with zero information about how to use them, when, how long they last, nor any way to buy new ones from DJI (at least in the UK).
