It is very good for on the go chargng but If the camera is at 100 percent it will keep charging it and waste all its battery when nothing is actully being charged.If you want to use the buttons on the handle it has to be on even if your camera does not need charging.It is quit oerpriced for what it is.

This a great addition to Action 5 longer battery life and easy to use.

Very pleased that I purchased this at the same time as the camera. Extends the battery life and works well as a camera holder. It comes with a cover for the usb port to fit on the camera which helps weather proofing.

Very good,and really enhances the user experience. Themagentic fixing mechanism is excellent However, it lacks the wireless bluetooth of the GoPro Volta, so you cannot remotely trigger the start / stop when the unit is detached from the DJI Action 5 pro. The Gopro Volta can trigger a GoPro from several metres away.
