I only use D&J for my airport transfers. They are always reliable and on time. Drivers are always on time and friendly.

My driver, Diogo, arrived on time, in a very comfortable car and was polite and helpful. I couldn't have had a better experience. Highly recommended.

First time using DJ Airport Transfers and I can say that we were very impressed with the service. We booked very last minute ( due to our car breaking down the day before travelling) and the service was impressive. It was a 5 am pick-up and I was a big nervous as we have used companies before that weren't on time. No need to worry. Our driver, Alvaro, arrived before 5 and was very polite, professional and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much. We will definitely be using and recommending this company.

Very good drive

Sometimes one gets lucky when using a new taxi service (see previous reviews), but I have used D&J enough times now to know that they never fail to impress. From the moment you make your booking they are reliable and dependable, which is just what you need for an airport booking: they keep you informed, they arrive on time/early, they don't let you down. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

This was the first time I had used this service so didn't know how it worked.
on getting to departures my flight was delayed so was concerned about the driver might not wait or would wait and cost me more.
On arriving at Gatwick I received a text from my driver asking how long do I think I would be getting through has he didn't want to park in car park to early which would cost me more.
We agreed on a time and Rui my driver was there has I came through with my name on phone he was so helpful.
I would use this service again they check on flights regularly so know when delayed it's just gives you piece of mind.

Easy booking process & very quick reply’s via WhatsApp. The diver arrived 30 minutes before & patiently waited outside.

Fernanda, the driver who met us at Gatwick late yesterday evening, showed great care and professionalism in her communication with me, once our flight had landed. She ensured that the timing of her meeting with us in the arrivals hall was kept to a minimum so that we met and returned to her car within 10 minutes. She was extremely courteous and helpful. She also got us home relatively quick. I would say that Fernanda has provided a fantastic service to us, on behalf of D&J. Well done to all concern.
