Fair prices, fast, accessible online store, expensive shipping
Fair price for the replacement knobs I purchased, wait, best prices actually. I couldn't find the knobs elsewhere, especially not for this price. The shop itself is a breeze to use, compared to the bloat that runs on other websites.
Delivery to Germany via Postnord was not the best experience. Expensive. It costs extra to have the package delivered home, so I chose the cheaper option of having Postnord deliver to a DPD/GLS Paketshop and I had to pick it up later. Not a major pain, but a hassle nonetheless.
Oh the Knob Guides from the store are super helpful!

I can see you have requested track and trace number, so just for your own information to hopefully future orders, you used our shipping with regular postal service. When you choose this it was stated that this cheaper service does not include track and trace number, because it's shipped as regular envelope.
We also offer shipping with track and trace, but this is a bit more expensive.
