Consider yourself lucky
I ordered a $45 item and had to email back and forth for a week to try and get a replacement for an item that didn't show up.
They said it was delivered but had no photo as proof, just told me too bad...
Stay away...
The experience with Piping Rock is just fine. However you have to consider that the products are coming from outside europe! In my case there was a tax of 25 Dkk and handling fee of 160 Dkk. to Post Nord.
So! even though their prices are fine you may end up paying more that double the price in the end:-(
At least consider to use DHL or any other courier to possibly prevent paying this tax....

After more than 4 weeks, I have no idea where my order is and PipingRock.com refused to give me a tracking number.
All they could say is that delivery to France it takes 4-10 weeks by DHL!!!!! My order is shipped by some DHL service without a tracking number?
Is this a kind of joke or what?
The only solution I see is to announce PayPal that the order is not received and ask them for refund.
I am not recommended PipingRock.com for shopping, as I am absolutely sure that you can find the same products to serious online shops.
