Don’t buy this product if you expect reliable support when something goes wrong.
The built-in eSIM/4G on my LUBA mini 2 AWD is not working at all, and the support experience has been extremely frustrating.
Every time I contact support, it feels like the conversation starts from zero. They keep asking the same questions again and again instead of reading the previous messages and actually moving the case forward. I was asked to send my order information and device ID four different times.
They say someone will contact me, but instead of getting a real solution, after around 24 hours a new support person joins and asks the same basic questions again. There is no ownership, no technical investigation, and no clear next step.
For a product in this price range, this is not acceptable. If the eSIM is built into the device and customers cannot use their own SIM, Mammotion should be able to check, activate, and fix the connection properly. Right now I am left with a feature that does not work and support that feels completely uncoordinated.
