They never shipped out my item, and I tried for months to contact them and they never replied.
I couldn't even get their attention when I had to escalate my PayPal case, because of their no response when my package was 2 months late...

Multiple emails went without reply, and Paypal were unwilling to refund the product, even after returning it via post. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM.

Ordered a thing for my daughter off the site. Selected one size, order came up as a smaller size. I have contacted them three times via their CONTACT US form with no reply in 5 days. Now their site is unlisted?

Great page
I purchased from OhCosplay recently, and despite my mistrust in the site - with them only having new arrivals from 2013, and a severe lack of confirmation emails (as well as bad reviews on here), then I cannot say that I am not happy with what I have experienced. My kimono came on time, was in great quality, just like the picture, and in the right size. Overall I am satisfied with what I received.

The website is a scam, they send you a fake order number, and pretend to send you an item. I made a purchase, and after receiving numerous e-mails and lies from customer service, my order was never shipped. DO NOT buy from this site unless you want to lose money for nothing.
