Affordable and fast, but the part I ordered did not fit my refrigerator. There were not many specs to verify ahead of time. They processed my refund but not to credit card, just store credit

DK was one of the few vendors that had piece of hardware I needed. Prices were reasonable. Shipping was a bit slow though (~2.5 weeks) which would have been good to know prior to placing the order.

Deceptive Advertising-Won't refund money

I purchased a black horse feeder from them because they showed a black horse feeder in the item description. No drop down menu for different colors. It arrived and it was green. They say green in the fine print. Wouldn't give me my money back. Will never shop there again. Recommend you don't because you don't know what you're getting and they won't give money back.

Worth the money.

The products work well and came as advertised. The only thing even slightly off was the lack of screws, but that was mentioned in the product description. Worth the money and great people.

Nobody knows what is happening

The quantity available and expected delivery date posted online were way off than it actually is. Called several times and spoke to different people who tells me different things e.g. product is readily available and ready to ship within 3-5 days vs. product still needs to be shipped from warehouse and can take 2- 3weeks to be delivered.
