Do not order from this company. They will take your money and run. I ordered and item from them in mid-December. I recieved an empty box. I emailed their customer service and recieved a reply that an "internal investigation needed to be done before a replacement or refund could be issued." That was 2 weeks ago, and despite many emails from me asking for an update, the company has ghosted me completely. I had to dispute the charges through my credit card in order to finally recieve my refund. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH DK HARDWARE!

From ordering until I received the order I knew where I was at all times.

I have a vintage Airstream travel trailer that is 50 years old this year. We still take her out regularly and needed specific size valves for propane shutoffs to the various appliance in the trailer. DK had exactly what I needed at a very reasonable cost. Shipping was free. Easy Peasy.

- They canceled an order, claiming out of stock
- Page showed 790 in stock when I ordered
- Called in and they claimed manufacturer price increase
- They eventually admitted incorrect price and refused to honor the purchase price

Too long for shipment to arrive. Everything else is fine.

This order went well. Was in stock as indicated. Did have another order that was back-ordered way to long (8-weeks) , but is good on this. Please truly let people know when materials are not in stock. This way their expectation is good.

Very slow shipping (almost three weeks from date ordered to date received). Gloves ordered arrived soiled/stained.

Terrible customer service, dont know their products and rude. Ended up ordering a 3 door bypass closet hardware kit with track. Took many days to leave warehouse and then took forever to arrive. When it did there was no hardware kit, just the track, no paperwork just the track. Took 5 calls to customer service to get them to acknowledge the error. Asked for tiny bag of hardware to be sent 2 day and they sent it ground for another 10 day delay in getting what they didn't ship to start. Stay away from this company 0 stars

Ordered 12 cabinet lighting items, all were listed as in stock and shipped within one day. Some had hundreds or thousands listed "in stock". After no confirmation for about 4-5 business days, I followed up and was told the items were arriving and shipping the next day. I paid extra for 2-day shipping to meet a deadline. Whoever was in charge of shipping sent it through ground instead, even though the order had 2-day shipping. Three separate packages, one of which got lost in transit and took over 3 weeks to arrive. Overall, the first and last time I will purchase from DK Hardware.

Thought for that amount there would be more than six pills in the bottle.

Great key blanks! Had to special order them as no hardware store in my area could accommodate my needs. Thanks DK Hardware!
