Truly exceptional results from a great team! My partner and I recently purchased our property near Sloane Square. DLAZ LTD was recommended to us by our neighbour from four doors down. The experience dealing with David and his team was very pleasant especially comparing them to other contractors we have dealt with in the past. They were punctual, proactive and result orientated. We were also very pleased how they managed to maximise the space under our stairs and the way they managed to deal with several challenging aspects of the refurbishment of a period property with tricky access. Highly recommended.

We’ve used Dlaz services on 3 occasions, and while the first time was great (friendly, professional, good quality, willing to come back to rectify errors), there has been a noticeable deterioration in customer experience since then. Main issues: a) for the 2 smaller jobs we’ve had, there was a clear tendency to overestimate (by around 4x) the amount of time required to complete the work, with a corresponding effect on the price, b) when we enquired about this (simply seeking to understand the rationale for the large discrepancy and how the pricing is determined), David’s professional and friendly mask immediately slipped off - and a long petty email rant followed.

We used DLAZ to redecorate a two bedroom flat in South Kensington. The flat had not been decorated for 17 years and required a complete re-painting as well as rectification of a number of faults that had developed, such as broken tiles, damaged sash windows etc...

We could not have been more impressed. David and his team started on time and finished on schedule. They are very personable and provided excellent communication throughout the process (we were not present during the work). Most importantly, the standard of their work was extremely high. The work also was completed within their quote, which was very reasonable and competitive. They even undertook a number of small additional jobs that arose without charge.

Based on our experience, we would highly recommend DLAZ for any redecoration or refurbishment work.

David was incredibly helpful and insightful, I don't have a knack for interior design but wanted my place to look and feel special. My flat from the 90s had a leak in the bathroom and I decided to renovate it.

David provided graphical designs and quotes very quickly and accurately. He helped identify the leak (which was from 2 floors above) and contacted the owner to fix it. The works finished on schedule even with the initial delay due to the leak, and to very high quality standards. I was kept up to date with the progress, and David was prompt in replying to all my messages.

I would recommend David and his team for any interior renovations.

The team did a great job for us on a relatively challenging painting job (very dark walls with white trim, radiators to deal with and decorative mastic applied EVERYWHERE by the developer!), Also corrected our mistakes in previously having tried to do it ourselves.
