Incorrect oil

I have never had a problem with this company in the past but due to the lack of response to my latest issue I will not be using them again.
Ordered a service kit including Oil for my defender and was supplied the incorrect oil, should have been to spec. C1 for DPF filter version. The kit came with all the other correct items including a spin on filter which was only fitted when they put a DPF on that model... so they should have known better!
Unfortunaly I didn't notice this until I had change the oil. Thankfully I had only driven a few miles before realising.
Could have been very expensive!
