Prints arrived when they said they would plus good quality

Poor quality print

I’ve been looking for some 60x80 prints for a very long time as very few companies do this size given they’re slightly smaller than A1 in size, however that’s when I came across D’Luxe Prints.

Having searched through their stock, I found some perfect prints which were sold as single prints which I thought would look great in my living room, however, I wanted to create a bespoke trio set whilst not paying the increased price point of buying individual prints vs a trio set.

I reached out to D’Luxe Prints via their chat service and provided them a mock up image of how I wanted the prints to look on my wall which consisted of three individual prints and they honestly couldn’t have been any more accommodating if they tried. They even agreed to alter layout of one of their existing prints alongside my request of the three prints as a trio set on how I had mocked them up in the image I provided which was the biggest green flag for me as a customer.

Before I completed my purchase, this was when I done a little research and seen the company had a lot of poor review which immediately put me off, despite their exceptional customer service and flexibility so far. I reached back out to their chat service again to air my concerns and they were nothing short of outstanding yet again, and they even agreed to print one of the prints and send me photos and a video so I could put aside my concerns around the print quality, which were immediately proven wrong as the prints were immaculate. They reassured me that there was zero obligation to purchase at this point if I was unhappy, which I was quite the opposite.

I placed an order on a late Thursday evening at the slightly discounted trio price and they arrived two days later on the Saturday. The prints were so well packaged in a solid cardboard tube with plenty of tissue inside across the prints to avoid damage during transit. The prints are very well made and exceeded my expectations.

To conclude, I, like the majority of people reading these reviews, was deterred by the poor reviews, however, D’Luxe Prints proved me wrong at every opportunity despite the odds being stacked against them.

For someone who is very picky and particular about their decor, I’m really elated with the prints I’ve received and will be no doubt a customer for life!

Arrived quickly, packaged really well. A lot of effort has gone into it.. not just rolled up and popped in a tube. It was carefully wrapped in tissue as well

I never received my order
& can’t get a reply! Scam!

Can't give zero stars! Placed order and despite numerous emails stating order was being prepared or on its way, it never arrived. One noncommittal response from Customer Service and then nothing again. Had to flag transaction with bank to get money back. Do NOT use this company.
After all this still getting emails requesting review/feedback (probably automated, but still). Would not recommend

I received my print this week !!
I started a claim with my bank and then suddenly I got an email to say that the print had been dispatched - don’t know if it’s a coincidence but I got my print and that’s all I wanted.
Wouldn’t order again as took too long to come.

Wish I'd checked here before I ordered. No dispatch notice, until I chased, then it was apparently on its way, then it never arrived, and all emails being ignored. No refund. AVOID!

Wish I could give it a 0 but i can’t!! Ordered on 27th Feb and order still hasn’t arrived! Haven’t got an email saying it has been dispatched. Tried to contact them but email address bounced back and phone number doesn’t work! Avoid at all costs! Absolute scam. Getting a refund from my credit card company.

Awful communication. Their email address bounced back, their phone number does not answer or respond. Bank is being contacted.

Still haven’t recieved order taken 56 quid off me n. O emailing me back order was 6th Feb!

Order never arrived. Received an email claiming it had been dispatched but weeks later tracking still showed that parcel was awaiting collection. Initially they said it was down to Royal Mail and they would call them. After that they ignored all my emails and messages requesting refund so had to resort to a card chargeback.
