Very good product at a reasonable price.
It’s so hard to believe some of these reviews because Daniel the owner is a very good person. Recently I placed my 3rd order and I sent him a message asking for an additional discount because I spent a good bit of money and with no problem he gave me 10% off my total. I’m not defending him because everyone has the own experience but mine has been positive. Now his product does work with Samsung phones because I sent them to my family, and most have Samsung just a few with iPhones and they never complain about air buds not working. Only one had trouble paring but they didn’t follow the instructions.

Stay away
Site is very deceiving trying to sell stuff for main stream phones that isn't. Calls them pro 3 buds but won't work with Samsung phones. It is in the fine print but are just trying to sell stuff to those who dont read carefully.

It has been the worst experience! Item arrived / used! Tried to get customer service / spoke with the owner of this company ( who will not be in business for long with the way he is running it and his awful manner). He refused to listen to me as a customer, he was extremely abusive, it was absolutely shocking!
The product which was a pair of headphones was also of very poor quality. I’d compare them to $5 and below!
Please do not waste your money!!!
You will not get refunded and no returns whatsoever!!

We have no idea what to say to this customer about this review. This review doesn't have 1 true statement from the beginning until the end. All our items are sealed and 100% brand new never used. This is the first customer ever to even state anything so wild. We were never abusive and never will be abusive. This customer was the one being abusive and would not listen to anything that was being said. All our products are of high quality and comparing then to $5 and below is outrageous and shows this customer is out of control. Please ignore this feedback!

We cannot believe Trust Pilot will allow such behavior on there site. We share so much information on our website that we DO NOT SELL APPLE PRODUCTS that you couldn't miss it unless you chose too. We never call them Airpods and state close to 10 times on our website that none of our products are Apple. Honestly we have no idea how Trust Pilot would allow such malicious behavior from anyone.
