Very competent roofers. Did a great job on my roof.

I am a MyRoofcare customer and have been for a few years.

This is excellent value for money as I get my annual inspection and annual gutter clean.

I noticed a broken tile and contacted the team. A surveyor came out and the next day the repair team came to replace the tile. They also fixed a moved tile I hadn’t noticed.

Our £500 annual allowance covered this and I am delighted. Great service, great comms and great price.

It’s a no brainer to use this company to maintain your roof for piece of mind.

2 years ago I paid for a new roof to be installed by what can only be described as a cowboy company. The work was a disaster and after various issues arose I was advised by several reputable companies that it was one of the worst jobs they had seen and required to be redone from scratch again. Obviously this was distressing news to receive. I decided to use this company as they were professional and efficient Darren had barely left the property and I received a full quote broken down in detail . They were able to do the work quickly and whilst on site were polite and tidy . We now have a wind and watertight property for the winter ahead. I am happy to recommend to others and have learned that you get what you pay for .

EXCELLENT service.
Darren came out to see me 2 days after I made an initial enquiry and gave me a price, which I found to be reasonable for the requested work. Work started within a week and full new roof, gutters and down pipes completed within 4 days.
Great team and cleaned up after. Would highly recommend with no hesitation.

Had a reroof carried out by DMG, the guys were very professional and carried out the works quickly without much disruption. The roof looks amazing and they cleaned up before they left. I was kept in the loop throughout the process

DMG services done a excellent job on replacing and fitting new tiles on my roof, the workers very nice and tidy everything up after they finished the job , also fixed any repairs needed done, would highly recommend them

We called DMG after a violent storm on Sunday took some tiles from our roof and loosened others. We left a message on their answer machine. They were obviously extremely busy, but Dean called round the next day, made the roof safe, & quoted a price, which we and the insurance assessor thought reasonable. He promised the job would be done on Thursday which it was. The team did a very good job, removed all rubbish, and kept us informed throughout.

DO NOT use this Company!!!! ** BEWARE a total shambles from start to finish!! Left myself & family member hanging, cannot be trusted **

My father in laws name Stan. Absolutely disgusting the way you treated him. You made him Ill and left us with a sh!t show of a job and we had a young baby at the time. You seem to be very defensive after my husbands review only something a guilty person would do. This was taken to court and we can obtain proof of this!! You obviously have someone else you made an mess of a roof if you have been receiving letters from someone else but it certainly not us!! This is the first time we have came across your business name after all this time and surprised your still in business.
The police should be looking into you ripping
people off and stealing their money!! DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOUR HAPPY TO HAVE YOUR WHOLE ROOF REDONE!!!!

Had a leaking roof and was told Dmg could do it right away. Alarm bells should have been ringing in my ears but I had 2 collapsed ceilings and needed it fixed right away
Shambles of a job done. The roof was sagging and vents were put on the roof but no holes were cut out to let air flow Had citizens advice round to check on it and they said it wasn’t fit for purpose. DMG refused to fix it as they said there was nothing wrong with it but I wouldn’t let them re do it. Had to get another local company round and they couldn’t believe such a well known now award winning roofer had left such a mess. So ended up down £10k for one roof.Can’t believe you have the audacity to go on about cowboy roofers after what you done. You are so fake it makes me sick.

Darren and his team did a great job demossing and reguttering. Looks great and left very tidy afterwards. Would highly recommend.

We had a troublesome roof leak for about a year and despite the best efforts of the previous contractor, it still persisted… causing us immense frustration and no small amount of worry. It was decided that we needed a fresh pair of eyes to look into the problem and also replace the valleys (I’d noted recent water seepage under the felt there as well). DMG roofing arrived on time promised, conducted a thorough check on the roof and explained the actions required clearly, and in depth with images to show what needed doing. They had spotted important work that had not been carried out by the first contractor over the previous year… which had largely contributed to the continuing leak. When the works began, the team were polite, friendly and very professional, working solidly through the two days that it took to complete the job. We were kept updated with progress through images of each key stage and an explanation of what had been done during that time period. Once the work had been completed, the team carefully cleaned up the drive and the pavement beyond, leaving no litter of any kind. The work was put to the test almost immediately, with heavy rain and strong winds that very night… and not a single drop of water got through, to my immense relief.
To summarise, I was extremely happy with the advice, the hard work, the professionalism and curtesy the team showed during the roof repair. Having been through a rather fraught year trying to solve our roof leak, I only wish that I’d made the call to DMG much earlier thus saving many months of rising blood pressure. I would recommend them without reservation, especially if you need assurance that the work will be up to scratch and last a very long time indeed.

Had a chimney down , velux install and flashing redone on another chimney on an old cottage. Darren & team did a great job and were professional throughout. Recommended.

My 1878 roof was ready to fall down when Darren and his team cam to the rescue. A new roof on an old house isn't cheap but it was worth every penny.

We needed a reliable professional company to repair leaking roof and leading on chimney. The roof is 70 years old. They came highly recommended by my local builder. So many friends have had dreadful shoddy workmanship carried out that we went on recommendations only. We were very happy we did. They came when they said they would. They carried out the work efficiently and tidied up afterwards. I would recommend the company. Thanks DMG.

Darren and his team carried out an extensive roof repair work on our property. It's over 100 years old and the unique design of the wall leads to constant leaks from where the wall and the roof meet. We have asked many roofers to fix the problem but none of them has managed to do any proper work, costing us money and causing stress due to leaks and damage to our property.

Darren came up with a clever solution and put lead on where the leaks were happening, and the quality of the job he and his team did is absolutely outstanding. They also found other issues caused by previous works and fixed all of them without chargin extra cost. Now the roof is watertight and causes no problem whatsoever.

I would also comment on the professionalism of his team - they tidied the site every day and were polite and respectful. When the work was finished, no rubbish was left.

I am really impressed with DMG's quality of work and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable roofer who looks after their roof.
