While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Never take a loan from this company

Never take a loan from this company. They will show you one thing and give you something else. In the end, you’ll just get trapped. If you genuinely need a loan, look for another platform, but don’t fall into their scam.

If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with DMI Finance has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite raising a formal complaint with the Reserve Bank of India , and sending multiple emails to DMI Finance clearly asking them to stop their harassment, I continue to receive threatening calls and WhatsApp messages from their unprofessional and aggressive collection agents.

What’s even more disgraceful is that their agents blatantly deny receiving any emails, even though I’ve provided written communication and voice recordings as proof. This clearly shows either gross negligence or intentional misconduct on DMI's part.

They have absolutely no respect for RBI guidelines, privacy laws, or the mental wellbeing of their customers. The harassment has continued despite legal intervention. DMI Finance doesn’t care about complaints, compliance, or human dignity—they just want to intimidate and pressure, even if it means reaching out to unrelated family members or refusing to acknowledge legal channels.

In short:

Unresponsive to emails and RBI complaints

Collection agents act like goons

Repeated harassment through calls and messages

No professional grievance redressal mechanism

Violating RBI’s Fair Practices Code

This is NOT how a financial institution should operate in a regulated country like India. I am now initiating legal action for continued harassment and strongly advise others to stay far away from DMI Finance. If you're considering them for a loan—DON’T. You’ll regret it.
