Unreliable, support is useless and dismissive

I chose DMIT specifically for stable network performance, but this has been one of the most frustrating experiences with a VPS provider.

My VPS randomly drops the tunnel connection every few minutes, even though the exact same setup works flawlessly on another VPS from the same plus another provider. It’s obvious the node is running aggressive UDP session cleanup or firewall rules that kill connections, even with keepalive packets enabled.

Instead of acknowledging the node-specific issue, support just brushed me off with “that’s weird” and kept asking for MTR tests, which can’t detect firewall-level UDP session drops. They wouldn’t help with a free node move, only offering paid IP changes that don’t solve the problem.

Save yourself the headache if you need reliable UDP connectivity for legitimate applications. This provider is not worth the hassle.

You are requesting refund

You are requesting refund. And you are getting none. They are following up "are you sure you want to get a refund?". And then doing twice. Reported them as a fraud through the bank.

Horrible customer service

I signed up for a full year for a very premium line, having obviously read the wrong reviews, I experienced 3 outages in 48 hours, mailed support about 8 times but they continue to place the blame on my isp without every investigating, i have repeatedly asked them to back up their claims with evidence so that we can get to the bottom of it but they simply ignore my request. I have also attempted to open a ticket with the technical department 4 days in still waiting for even response. There are other premium providers with great customers service I would pass on DMIT

Never ever meet up a company which is so rude to their customer!!

Their Hongkong server never connected. I opened tickets, and their service is terrible and their attitude is rude, when I ask them to refund, they just delete my account on their website!! I don't know what a company can do this kind of things...just so rude.

So don't buy their service, you will lose your money and the experience with them is really unhappy.
