Bought a lovely NAIM amp which was delivered, set up and tested. Absolutely first class service.

Made arrangements to demo in shop and everything was in place on arrival.
There is absolutely no pressure to buy but equally staff are nearby and available to answer questions.
From deciding to buy on a Tuesday, Darren made a 60 miles trip to deliver and set everything up on the Friday.
Recommended without hesitation.

My journey into high-fidelity audio truly began at DNA Audio. Yes, there was an initial scheduling mix-up (we all need a break!), but the passion and expertise of Darren and Simon more than compensated. These guys aren't just selling gear; they're helping you discover the magic of sound.

Their showroom is a haven for audiophiles, with curated setups to suit any taste. From the get-go, they understood my desire for detail and clarity. And then, the moment that changed everything: hearing Julian Lage and Chris Eldridge's "Mount Royal" on the stunning Rega P8 turntable.

The initial pluck of the strings exploded with newfound clarity. Each note was a revelation, followed by the warm resonance of the guitar bodies. I could sense two distinct instruments, Lage's brighter, Eldridge's mellower. Even their fingers on the fretboards became audible – a gentle sliding, the minute squeaks of shifting positions, the texture of the strings themselves!

Suddenly, there was space, a sense of the recording room, and the intimacy was breathtaking. The music transformed from a recording to a live performance, with thrilling immediacy and dynamism. That infectious joy in their playing...those subtle rhythmic shifts... pure magic. The Rega P8's silence as the final note faded was the perfect finish, leaving only the echo of the music in my mind.
