Quick and unique!
This was the only service I could find that could convert my HUGE NGS/WGS file to files like 23andme and others. The sharing was easy, and the conversion quick.

Great, very fast response rate (same day), very kind, professional and honest. They refunded me immediately when they realised my DNA data was corrupted, even though it wasn't their fault (it was a mistake done by Dante Labs).
They also very kindly explained to me what is wrong with my sample which helped me take further action with Dante labs.
I will definitely come back and use their services in the future!

I was impressed with my results
I was impressed with my results. The ancestry results were very accurate. I also uploaded my LivingDNA results to them so I could get my g25 coordinates. The g25 results were good, except for the phenotype ones. I don’t believe in phenotypes, but the results I got didn’t even conform to how I look.

Very happy to receive 23andme file format based off of my Dante WGS
I had whole genome sequencing done through Dante but needed files in the 23andme format which DNAGenics offered. I am very happy with the multiple files types that I received and how quickly they were delivered.

However, as indicated in the Merging service (https://www.dnagenics.com/products/merging), the process of merging an imputed file with any other RAW file will result in a slight improvement. This is because an imputed file already contains all the information present in any other RAW file.
