Excellent service. Always able to repair a phone or laptop within 24 hours. Highly recommend

My advice to anybody thinking about using this shop is to run a mile. We took an iPhone 12 in for repair (The phone would not switch on after switching itself off after having around 70% power). The people in the shop are very rude and have no customer service skills, over the 4 days that they had the phone I called twice for an update. When I asked the chap on the other end of the phone what the latest was with our phone, he said he would not explain because I would not understand, and he did not have time! It was clear that he/the shop had no what was wrong with the phone and how to fix it. When I explained to him, I would understand because I have worked in telecommunications for over 19 years, he started shouting down the phone at me. When I asked for my phone back, we was told that we needed to pay £20, when we dropped the phone off in the first place, we were told if there was no fix there would be no charge, also we were told that the phone would be fixed within 48 hours. When they could not fix it, they said iPhones always take between 2 and 4 weeks to fix. After inspecting the phone at home, the phone has clearly been damaged while they were attempting/trying to take it apart. YOU CANNOT TRUST THESE GUYS
