Very quick DNS lookup, but lacks DoH/DoH3

Very quick DNS lookup, very responsive support team. However, severely limited -- lacks DNS over HTTPS (DoH/DoH3) support. Only uses DoT. Seems behind the times with implementation of many features.

Im a small MSP and used DNSfilter for 6…

Im a small MSP and used DNSfilter for 6 months or so after seeing their booth at ASCII conference. The sales reps were very aggressive but helped me with the initial setup. It worked fine but then I started seeing a lot of false positive blocks. Id have to whitelist at least 1 domain per day.

The web panel is OK but the UX could definitely be improved as it feels needlessly complicated for what it needs to do. No support for IPv6 or DOH - in 2024 this is pretty unacceptable imo.

AD integration worked well which is something I miss from my current DNS provider.

Ive switched to Control D recently and I like it a lot more. Not a single false positive in the last 3 weeks.

DNSFilter Support

Being with the company for years, worked well for what I needed, lacking in a lot of features other providers provide,
Had to use their support for the first time and it's horrible, just ignored, and get these responses, will handle it and days go by and nothing changes, when I chase them up on it, just get ignored. will be moving to another vendor, don't use this company, if you have any value or need support.
