double charge and no refund
We booked via the website. However did not get a confirmation email. We found somewhere a phone number and they asked to buy again. In case of double payment it would be reimbursed automatically. This was not doen so We forwarded evidence of the double payment. The reaction was they also did not receive it and I should investigate with my bank. So their system is not working properly, my account is debited double but in their opinion I have to investigate. Not a correct service. And still waiting for the reimbursement.
