Disgusting customer service
Disgusting customer service, ordered 2 dinner jackets for size comparison for my husband, sent the smallest back.
Yes they did a refund but not to my card!
Wont accept any mistake and now won’t reply to my emails.
No telephone support, disgusting customer service.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Quality and service is consistently good. Needed a suit and shoes for my son, the usual high street places either didn't have his size or the fit wasn't right. Dobell suit was a perfect fit, shoes wasn't right, returned no issue.

Thank you for taking the time to reviewing us, and I have looked into this to make sure the correct amount has been refunded.
I can see that you have selected Click & Collect and that the parcel was delivered as expected within the expected delivery time.
We do unfortunately not refund the delivery cost as the cost for the delivery is what the couriers is charging us to provide the service.
The same goes goes for using the return label, this is the cost we are being charged, and this can be avoided by returning the parcel at your own cost.
With this said, we are constantly looking at better options and how to improve our services.

We first found Dobell in their O2 store in London.
We were really taken care of and my husband found the literal *perfect* suit for his event.
Fast forward 6mths and again, we needed a suit but didn't have the time to get down to North Greenwich, so we went online. Again Dobell's came up trumps! Got the suit ordered and had a mild mishap. Never fear! The amazing Emeline in customer service at 8.25am emailed to say that she had personally sorted everything and the order was winging it's way to us.
Thank you so much for making what could have been a nightmare one of the simplest transactions we've made this year. Dobell are now our go-to store for beautifully made suits.

Sharkskin effect wasn't as Sharkskin as a Sharkskin suit previously purchased from Dobell
I normally love dealing with Dobell.
But was a little disappointed in my last purchase of a Blue Sharkskin suit in that the material wasn't really as described.
It was good quality material. But it didn't have the Sheen and lustre that I was expecting, as I'd previously purchased a sharkskin suit from Dobell in a darker shade of blue a number of years ago, and that was Excellent +
The quality of this suit was otherwise excellent. But as the colour was too similar to another that I already had in my collection, I chose t return it.
The Returns Process was also excellent.
