Sue and Myself visited Jeweller, Marcus Dobson of Dobson Fine Jewellery Ltd at Trentham, to look for a gold chain. Sue has a number of vintage crosses and wanted to be able to wear them. Firstly we were impressed with the security, means of entering and too the quality of luxurious gold, versatile silver and dazzling gemstones on show.

Marcus quickly looked at the various crosses, aware of the cherished and meaningful nature of some the cross’s was able to value them on the spot. After listening to the history of them and how much Sue valued the history, he made a number of suggestions.

Sue tried on a number of gold chains, noted the finely crafted and attention to detail. She was also interested in the practical and wearability of the chain. Marcus took time to explain about the various designs and it was not long before we made the right choice.

When it came to final price we were amazed and very pleased after doing our research we acknowledged what a superb deal Marcus had offered. Sue is now going through her Jewellery for a return visit. I was impressed with leaving the premises as there was a queue of potential customers eagerly waiting to be served next.

Great little independent jewellers in Trentham. A huge choice of jewellery both new and antique at competitive prices. The staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and offer a variety of services. The ring I chose needed resizing and this was done quickly within a short specified amount of time and I was notified upon its completion. Next time Dobson’s will be first on my list for sure.

I took my wedding rings in to be replated and was served by Marcus's Dad. What a legend! Great customer service and nice conversation. Marcus rang me when my rings were ready and I went to collect them. They are beautifully rhodium plated. Thank you, you have done an amazing job. I would definitely recommend!

Polite, friendly and helpful. I chose the most beautiful opal ring that on fitting needed resizing. Completely assured what would happen next and when it would arrive. Absolutely flawless and professional service and I would highly recommend. Very happy with the ring.

After years of searching for a replacement ring that was lost finally found just what the wife was looking for with Marcus. Emailed an enquiry late Saturday night and received a reply Sunday morning. After speaking with him we bought the ring and it was delivered as promised. The whole process was a pleasure and payment was easy and secure. All in a pleasurable experience from beginning to end and the wife was happy - always a bonus.

Marcus was great throughout the process of me me buying a new watch. He was very responsive to questions and send through a selection of additional photos I asked for. Postage was quick and secure and he also checked in after I revived it and offer additional support!

I wanted to try on a necklace from the online store while I was visiting in Great Britain, and the item was immediately shipped overnight.
