Good workmanship and work completed on time. A few issues after installation but all corrected quickly and without fuss. Very pleased with the end result.

Excellent from start to finish. Had two windows replaced. Will definitely use Dobson's again.

Great windows, excellent customers service, perfect fitting, very friendly and professional people. I have had windows installed by the main market leaders in the past, and I found Dobsons' products and people much better. The fitters are PAYE employees of Dobsons which makes all the differences. They take a lot of pride in their work and will not leave your house unless they are 100% satisfied that all is as it should be. In terms of price they are in line with the main providers but they do not subject you to the horrible hard sales experience. No pushy patronising sales person here :)

We have recently had new doors & windows fitted by Dobsons & feel we must comment on the wonderful service we received. We were very concerned about having all this work done as we are quite elderly, but Nick & Lee & their two young apprentices did an absolutely excellent job. Nothing was too much trouble for them & we highly recommend them.

Dobsons did a fantastic job transforming my place in Herts. A huge amount of work went in to enable my meet shower room and open plan kitchen/ living room area.
I love it...I ll be back next year to get more done!

We are absolutely delighted with our new bathroom. We could not fault Dobsons at any stage of the project! Having spent a great deal of time with us both at home and in the showroom listening to our ideas and requirements, Andrew Hewson delivered an inspired design, exceeding even our expectations of what could be done. The installation team, so professionally and ably managed by Kevin, were fantastic-lovely to deal with, incredibly hard-working, clean and tidy and all taking huge pride in their work. The standard of workmanship and the finish is top class. Dobsons customer service is excellent-we were always kept fully informed and any problems or snags (eg damaged goods received from suppliers) were flagged up by Dobsons and sorted out with no hassle or stress for us. From start to finish, they did a fantastic job and I would not hesitate to use Dobsons again.

Very efficient pre booking service. Even though we changed our minds several times, nothing was too much trouble to ensure we got the kitchen refurb we wanted.
The fitters were very considerate and worked quickly. No radios!!
After sales service could not have been better.

The reason we always use Dobsons for all our home improvements is because they are completely trustworthy and reliable and they deliver on every level and are always ready to listen to the customer and deliver aftercare as well. I always recommend Dobsons to all my friends and family.

We had our 2nd bathroom installed by Dobsons as we were very happy with the 1st one! They provide excellent quality work, are extremely polite and nice to have around, they leave no mess and everything is done within agreed timing. I recommend them to anyone who wants a new bathroom! They are not the cheapest but you definitely get the quality you pay for.

We have recently had new windows and previously new doors fitted by Dobsons. We are absolutely delighted with every aspect of the installation from the initial planning, to the scaffolders and the fitting team. We cannot speak highly enough of the care taken and the quality of the work carried out. Would I recommend Dobsons, without hesitation. Thank you to everyone involved.

Dobsons did a terrific job on our downstairs cloakroom and hall. We returned to Dobsons after their previous work on our kitchen and conservatory, all excellent. The overall standards of attention to detail and professionalism are very high, customer service is great and communication is good at all times. All the workmanship is of the highest quality. The decorator, for example, went to some trouble to add finishing touches that were possibly not strictly part of the job; others like the plasterer, the tiler and the electrician worked very efficiently and very much on schedule. The only reason why I have given four stars rather than five is that, at certain stages of the project, we experienced a series of small delays with some aspects of the building work. Naturally Dobsons took steps to resolve any difficulties, and the end result is just what we wanted.
