We have been using Doc2 for around 5-6 months now. We have saved so much time and remained compliant through the use of Doc2.

We are a firm of chartered accountants (Heaton Vences). We are all about using digital tools as part of the relationship in order to maximise on our ability to deliver value to our client relationships. Our onboarding procedure before using Doc2 was very long winded. We also were very picky with the formatting and the branding we used on our engagement letters. I probably spent 2 hours per new client easily. ALONG came Doc2. Now engagement letters take me 2-5 minutes. I can filter specific information into our engagement letters for particular clients, the engagement letter's even have a fully branded cover page within the template, our engagement letter's look next level and take us little time at all. We are thinking of bringing in Clearance Letter's and Proposals as part of our process too.

And finally, the price is accessible. We are very selective with clients we onboard, so we aren't taking on more than 5 clients a month, their packages fit exactly with our needs and our budget.

Been using this for a few months now, saves us a lot of time with our regular contracts and exceptionally fast customer service. Have already suggested to many businesses we work with who still send us contracts to print, sign and scan back to them!

Great, efficient service

Doc2 lets us rapidly create legal documents, from templates that we've built in the easy to use online back end.

This has helped us dramatically reduce operational costs and the time taken to deliver the product to the customer. It also eliminated nearly all low-level mistakes that can so often happen with repeatable documents.

We are happy to say our medium-term operational strategy will be built around using Doc2 and their platform.

We were looking to automate our contract and NDA sign off process. Doc2 has enabled us to do that with ease. I'd fully recommend it.

The product is still missing some features but developing very quickly. For what it lacks in the potential utility it more than makes up for with excellent customer support and onboarding. Unquie dashboard and analytics when you've got multiple agreements and lots of digital paperwork to sign. Overall a cost-effective easy to use platform for companies with growing legal requirements. Recommended.

Excellent system and really like the Companies House integration.
