DocBright refuses to send refills or even answer messages after 30 days unless you pay for another consultation, even after years of being on the same medication. Frustrating and expensive.

Excellent process and staff!
This was an amazing experience
This was an amazing experience! I have never used a telehealth service before and I was very impressed and surprised at how smooth this went . They make it very easy to send over your photos and within 24 hours I received a call from Dr Mandel who was very knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with . He gave me a diagnosis and sent a prescription to my local pharmacy within an hour . Definitely give DocBright a try !
Easy
Easy, prescription was sent in a timely manner and I’m already using it.
This is how it is supposed to work!
This is how it is supposed to work. Everything described on the website was exactly how it went. And the physician (Dr. Mandel) was excellent! He is punctual, thorough and pleasant. I’ve had experience with online medicine and this one is top notch!

My first “Telehealth” experience was impressive !
My first “Telehealth” experience was unexpectedly effective and well handled due to the professional efforts of Dr Chacon and the customer service provided by Jared Mandel.
The online support I received from Jared to assist me navigate an unfamiliar process was amongst the best I have experienced.
The diagnosis and treatment plan I received from Dr. Chacon was comprehensive easily understood and
thoroughly explained the medications prescribed.
I look forward to positive results and working with DocBright again.

No service and no refund
They claim a health profesional will evaluate your case and respond 24hr after you submit your case (payment and pictures included). However, I never heard back from anyone. I proceeded to request my Money back with no answer. Days later when I said I would dispute the charge with my bank, they answered saying to expect my refund within 5 business days. After more than 5 business days, I still had no refund. It seems it was only a dilatory tactic.
Response to Response: I only received the refund when I complained again and notify you I disputed the charge with my bank. You told me the automatic refund didn't go through and proceeded to do a manual refund (thanks to Jared for that). No confirmation was sent (since the automatic refund wasn't sent) and you even ask me to confirm the manual refund. I have the whole conversation in my mail.
I also never received any questions from you. I even checked the spam folder.

I was wowed
Wow! I had a great overall interaction with the doctor and it was so fast and easy. I read the reviews on here and was a little worried but I didn’t have any problems at all. Definitely recommend.

I have emailed since Sunday
I have emailed since Sunday, no one is responding. I paid $59 and I emailed telling them my email is incorrect, still no response.

Didn't deliver service as advertised within 24 hour window (but refunded me and followed through with treatment after ~1.5 months)
First submission I made, I got a timely reply, and 2 prescriptions I need to take daily for it to work, and both had 2 refills but only got 1 each since my prescriber didn't respond to the pharmacy.
This means I'm going to be forced unwillingly to stop taking the prescription due to likely clerical error, and I believe you can't communicate to your prescriber after 7 business days, as I was unable to get a reply within this time frame, and can't get this rectified.
I've reached out regarding this issue, 3 days no response.
I made a new submission and got a receipt of payment and everything was good according to the email, but haven't heard back in about 50 hours, well passed the 24-hr guarantee. I've reached out to customer service and through their website online form, checked spam, NO communication from either the provider I was assigned or the customer support regarding these issues and now I will be regressing in my treatment as a result and out of my $59 USD I paid. Very disappointed.
EDIT: as of 2/17, the issue was resolved, I was given a prescription and was also fully refunded for the payment made. Late in comparison to when this started, but appreciated, nonetheless. updated the rating to reflect the efforts to correct the situation. Thank you.

Huge hassle, not trustworthy
EDIT: The refund they promised me never came through, and I am now issuing a chargeback via Amex. I have updated this review to 1-star to reflect the fact their company did not follow through on any of their promises. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
EDIT AGAIN: They’re saying below they issued the refund (obviously Amex disagrees with this…), and yet when I emailed them asking about why I didn’t receive my refund, they never replied. I do not trust a word from this company.

After I paid $59, the doctor messaged me saying I would need to sign up with a different service called Push Health and said that they’d reduce a second (surprise) fee if I used that instead. The doctor said that they would prescribe me several things but didn’t send my prescription to the pharmacy.
Customer service was prompt to reply to my issue saying they were able to send the prescriptions through and that I wouldn’t need to sign up to this second service and pay an additional fee. However the pharmacy once again said they never received it.
Customer service promised me that they pushed it through and that it was received, but I went to the pharmacy (now checking a third time!), and the pharmacy told me they never received anything.
Chasing after the doctor, customer service, and the pharmacy with multiple back-and-forths for a week and STILL never getting the prescription — there is no way this is worth the hassle.
I do want to highlight that their customer service team was prompt, sincere, and did appear to be doing the best job possible at every step. They did give me a full refund and started an investigation into this doctor.
It’s really this one bad doctor and the prescription->pharmacy hiccups that soured the experience. Hopefully they can tighten up these parts of the experience for others.

I have to agree with the previous…
I have to agree with the previous reviewer, Marc, on this one. I paid the $59 only to receive the following from the medical provider:
“I would encourage an in person visit with myself if you are in the DFW area.” The problem is, I do not live anywhere near DFW and signed up with DocBright thinking I would get a perfectly innocuous prescription for hair loss via telehealth/submitted photographs, as stated on the website. I’ve never had this problem with Lemonaid.
As stated, it is rather misleading. Also, so far I’ve received no word from DocBright and when you attempt to message them via text you receive the following:
Unfortunately, we cannot receive messages at this number. Please email us at “CareTeam”
It was not a good experience.

The website is misleading
The website is misleading. It states: "How It Works:
Submit your dermatology symptoms and get a diagnosis, treatment plan, and prescriptions by this time tomorrow." But this is simply not an honest representation. If the MD feels like saying, "We need your vitals, so you need an in-person appointment," then they've broken their promise. I do understand that an MD's saying that is reasonable sometimes. What is not reasonable is that the website makes a promise it can't keep, takes your money, and then does nothing for you.

Best experience!
I had a great experience! The doctor was super helpful, he answered all my questions about the treatment and helped me a lot with some issues I had with pharmacy/insurance.

My experience with submitting my photos…
My experience with submitting my photos and request for help seemed daunting are first, maybe a bit humiliating, but the site made this process actually quite easy and benign. The doctor was extremely thorough and kind, and I loved that he followed up with me with a very detailed and helpful email considering my treatment plan.
Follow up: three weeks in, and I have found the Dr. and staff to still be very helpful via email and phone. I feel very safe and definitely looked after here.
This was an awesome experience
This was an awesome experience. Personally had Dr Mitchell Mandel from NY. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and very available for questions. In the end he addressed all of my concerns and did so with wonderful bedside manner. I’m personally a nurse and thoroughly researched my situation, and even then he asked all the right questions and unearthed concerns I wasn’t even aware of. Overall great experience.
Loved how easy it was
Loved how easy it was. I was at home in bed submitting pictures. I didn't have time to take time off from work. I had meds in a day and my symptoms are already gone!! I love telehealth!
Lip Issue
The doctor was very involved and reached out to me a few times after initial diagnosis. Although I had to go to urgent care and another Detmatologist because the issue got worse, I understand that an in person appointment is needed for a definitive diagnosis
Great Resource!
I've used Docbright twice now and have been very pleased with how simple it was and both times the treatment fixed my problem. Great resource for people on a tight budget!
