My order dispatch was slightly delayed and I needed my towels in time for my holidays. It just took one email to customer service and the fantastic Avry got it sorted! The towels are lovely too. Well done Dock & Bay really great customer support 👏👏

I have not bought anything from this company before, but the reviews were good so I went ahead with my purchase.
I had a query, something didn’t feel right so I sent a message, asking for advice.
The response was quick, polite & helpful. Demi had so much patience with me. Every time I messaged her, she replied in a way that made me feel like a valued customer even though I’d only bought a small thing.
Based on my experience with Demi, I would happily recommend Dock & Bay to everyone.

Not happy, towels were delivered no problem but they are 83 % polyester... ghastly...

I've received a bath towel with yellow staines on it. Ive requested a return on their website and my request has been rejected!!
Customer service uses odd conversation style saying oh that's "not amazing" asking for pics of dirty towel for "investigation" purpose after which they said they will refund me 25%!!! They are breaking Consumer Acts Rights, not adhering even to their own T&Cs. Such an odd company. What a dissapointment. Still trying to return stupid towel and in conversation to most useless customer servive ever who uses copy paste ready templates insteaf of meaningful conversation.

Lovely towels bought for motorhome as light. Friends recommended & love them! Like other reviewer though, I was disappointed that the 10% new customer discount which took £50 to £45 was cancelled out by the postage being applied to discounted price!

Made a decision to buy 2 beach towels with the 10% discount. All in basket, discount applied, to find that order has to be over £50 for free shipping! So basically discount wiped out by the £4 shipping. So will not be purchasing. You lured me in and lost me in one fail swoop. Give the discount and free shipping for first order, that makes more sense to me and I am sure others. Thank you, I have been refunded for the shipping. Great customer service.

Purchased 2 Dock & Bay towels at a cost of £24.99 each = £50 in March 2024 via Amazon. They are authenticate D&B towels.
Purchased them based on their sales pitch regarding "QUICK DRY" and lightweight. Lightweight they are, but QUICK DRY THEY ARE NOT. How are they quick dry when it takes 9+ hours to dry... extremely disappointed at the fake claims, definitely do not recommend.

Great product but lack of free returns is behind what the standard for shopping is these days hence 4 not 5 stars!

Brilliant Customer Service. In common with other reviews here, my experience of the customer service was excellent. Not only that but the products are brilliant too. We often have guests and drying beach towels was difficult and expensive. These dry in no time and look good as well.

Couldn't praise Dock and Bay more highly. Their towels are just the best, but on top of that the customer service is next level. There was a mistake with a personalised towel, which was a wedding gift. There was not much time at all to get a new one sent over, but they sent a new one, for free, with priority posting, and kept me up to date all throughout the process. The lady was so friendly and really supportive when I was stressing out about not having a gift in time. Thanks so much!

Used this towel once on the beach and the towel is covered in sand stains which won’t wash out, so unfit for purpose.
I would not recommend this product. There are cheaper alternatives on Amazon.

The website was really easy to navigate, and I chose my towels very quickly. The payment was easy to make, then my new towels turned up in a couple of days, wow speedy!!!
I followed the instructions and washed them a couple of times first (no conditioner) and they are now being used daily and saving me £££ in drying costs!!
I highly recommend Dock & Bay towels!

I ordered a beach towel and head wrap on next day delivery for £5. Items arrived but received a hand towel instead of a beach towel. So I ordered again another beach towel assuming it was my mistake and paid £5 delivery again. Yet again I was sent a hand towel instead of a beach towel. So I am returning both items and have had to pay another £5 return postage. So it has cost me £15 in postage and haven't even received a correct item !!
Very disappointed with this purchase.

Emma has been incredibly helpful with her response to my queries regarding buying some more towels from Dock & Bay. I already own some Beach Towels from them and love the quality of them. I am now interested in buying some Bath Towels. Emma has been professional, friendly, efficient and given me some great details on the options available for what I am looking for. Absolutely great Customer Service.

These arrived and I must admit I was suprised as I was expecting normal 'fluffy' style towels and these are like sheets. However, they really are fantastic and worth every penny. I went for the large size and they comfortably cover a sun lounger. They don't pick up sand and they dry so fast.

As a family of 4, beach towels always take up so much room in our cases and the fact these are so compact and light was the big selling point for me. It is also nice not to be walking to the beach or pool with an enormous bag full of towels! Love these, they are a game changer!

Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Towel on standard delivery was dispatched same day, clear email updates and tracking. Arrived so quickly. I had an imperfection on the first delivery but I’ve never had a company reply so quickly and made the resolution so stress free. I have my new pristine towel 48 hours later. Dealing with them via email was great, they’re personable and have fun in their communication. Very happy with the product (unused so far as it’s for an upcoming holiday but I have it on good recommendation that it’s great!) going to be a great size to pack and take out on my travels.

These items are sold as towels but the material is more like bed linen. It's not particularly comfortable or pleasant to lay on. I'd think twice before making a purchase as they're not cheap either.
