The information on there is not accurate and should not be trusted. I asked for a refund of my purchase within the 24 hrs and they denied my refund. Would not recommend purchasing information from this website

Paying a monthly fee AND paying a la carte for each program is robbery!!!! The practice tests I bought were poor at best with no answers to many of the test questions. I feel ripped off.

Your advertisement was very misleading
Your advertisement was very misleading. I signed thinking since I paid that i would be allowed to down load the different documents that I needed. Instead, I was prompted with needing credits/ points, which cost additional money that was needed in order to get the items. Your advertisement doesn't say pay to sign up and once you sign up there are additional fees required in order to get you documents. This was a horrible experience for me. Your company is very misleading and deceptive.
