I use Doctor-4-u regularly without issues until this last order. It was supposed to be here on Saturday and didn't arrive till today. This meant I didn't have my saxenda for 2 days. I've emailed support but had no reply. £9 postage is OK for next day, but not 3 days

I am still waiting for my test to…
I am still waiting for my test to arrive. I landed early 1st April, it is now the 7th April and no sign of test for day 2. I understand we had Easter but surely something as important as getting people tested should be a priority over a holiday weekend. To add insult I have just waited on the phone for 30mins and no one had answered, so much for emergency calls. A Shameful service and will not be using or recommending to my anyone coming in to the UK. I Just hope I get some response from this review as I want to know where my tests are!!!
